摘  要:汽车尾气废催化剂是重要的铂族金属二次资源,从中回收铂族金属具有十分重要的意义。通过对失效汽车尾气催化剂的湿法富集处理工艺进行介绍,对湿法冶炼过程中产生的三废进行有效治理,提出污染物排放管控要求和环境风险防控要求及新形势下的环境管理要求,实现了废弃资源再利用过程中满足环保节能、绿色高效、有价元素协同回收的环境管理新要求。Automotive exhaust waste catalysts are important secondary resources of platinum group metals,and the recovery of platinum group metals from them is of great significance.By introducing the wet enrichment treatment process for expired automotive exhaust catalysts,the three wastes generated in the wet smelting process are effectively treated.The requirements for pollutant emission control,environmental risk prevention and control,as well as environmental management requirements in the new situation,have been proposed,achieving new environmental management requirements for environmental protection,energy conservation,green efficiency,and collaborative recovery of valuable elements in the process of waste resource reuse.
