摘  要:准确检测出土壤中的铬(Ⅵ)对于工业污染源的控制有十分重要的作用。土壤中铬(Ⅵ)合理的前处理方式可减少实验中的误差。本文通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法来优化土壤中铬(Ⅵ)的实验条件,将样品粒度降至100目,消解时间延长至6 h,并对样品进行反复消解,提高了铬(Ⅵ)的回收率。实验的精确度和正确度表明该方法灵敏度高,有较强的可操作性,满足六价铬的检测需求。The accurate detection of Cr(Ⅵ)in soil is very important for the control of industrial pollution sources.Reasonable pretreatment of Cr(Ⅵ)in soil can reduce the error in the experiment.In this paper,the experimental conditions of Cr(Ⅵ)in soil were optimized by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the particle size of the sample was reduced to 100 mesh,the digestion time was extended to 6 h,and the recovery rate of Cr(Ⅵ)was increased by repeated digestion of the sample.The accuracy and accuracy of the experiment show that the method has high sensitivity and strong operability,and can meet the detection requirements of hexavalent chromium.
