摘　　要：目的:分析紧密型医共体对提升基层医疗卫生服务能力的影响。方法:基于分享经济理论,从一体化建设、资源统筹、信任依从三个方面构建紧密型医共体影响基层医疗卫生服务能力的分析框架,结合新平彝族傣族自治县建设经验,分析紧密型医共体对提升基层医疗卫生服务能力的影响机制。结果:紧密型医共体能够通过整合区域内部医疗资源,协调成员单位的利益关系,提升成员单位的信任依从,进而提升基层医疗卫生服务能力。结论:紧密型医共体应通过建立更加集约的医疗资源统筹管理模式、更加科学的绩效考核和分配机制、更加稳固的信息化支持机制,进一步提升基层医疗卫生服务能力。Objective To analyze the impact of compact medical community on improving the capacity of primary medical and health services.Methods Based on the theory of sharing economy,this paper constructed an analytical framework of the impact of the compact medical community on the capacity of primary medical and health services from three aspects:the integrated construction of the compact medical community,the overall use of internal resources,and the trust drive of internal member units.Combining with the experience of the construction of the compact medical community in Xinping Yi and Dai Autonomous County,the impact mechanism of the compact medical community on improving the capacity of primary medical and health services was analyzed.Results The compact medical community can integrate the medical resources within the region,coordinate the interests of the internal member units,strengthen the trust and compliance of the internal member units to the compact medical community,and improve the capacity of primary medical and health services.Conclusion In order to further enhance the capacity of primary medical and health services,the compact medical community should establish a more intensive integrated management model of medical resources,a more scientific performance evaluation and allocation mechanism,and a more stable information support mechanism.
