摘  要:目的:研究紫丁香的化学成分及大鼠灌胃给药紫丁香后大鼠血清中的入血成分。方法:采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,色谱条件为Welch XB-C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8μm);流动相:0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱;流速:0.3 mL/min;柱温:40℃;进样量:2μL。通过对照品比对、结合文献数据及MassBank数据库信息,对紫丁香的化学成分及入血成分进行表征。结果:从紫丁香提取物中推测出38个化学成分,主要为木脂素和倍半萜类成分;从灌胃后大鼠血清中推测出40个入血成分,包括14个原型成分和26个代谢产物。结论:该实验运用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术及中药血清药物化学方法,快速分析了紫丁香的化学成分及入血成分,初步探究了其可能的药效物质基础,为紫丁香的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective:To study on the chemical constituents ofSyringa oblataand the components into blood after intragastric ad⁃ministration ofSyringa oblatain rats.Methods:UPLC⁃Q⁃TOF⁃MS was performed on a Welch XB⁃C18column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),the mobile phase was 0.1%formic acid solution⁃acetonitrile for gradient elution,the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,column tempera⁃ture was 40℃,injection volume was 2μL.The chemical components and components into blood ofSyringa oblatawere characterized by comparison of reference materials,literature data and MassBank database information.Results:Thirty⁃eight chemical constituents were found from the extract ofSyringa oblata,including lignans and sesquiterpenes;40 components were found from rat serum after intragas⁃tric administration,including 14 prototype components and 26 metabolites.Conclusion:In this study,UPLC⁃Q⁃TOF⁃MS technology and serum pharmacochemical method of traditional Chinese medicine are used to rapidly analyze the chemical components and components into blood ofSyringa oblata,and preliminarily explore the possible pharmacodynamic substance basis ofSyringa oblata,which provide a reference for further development and utilization ofSyringa oblata.
