摘　　要：目的了解河南省腹泻患者中鼠伤寒沙门菌单相变异株的分布及其分子学特征。方法对我省监测到的历史鼠伤寒沙门菌进行血清学复核,使用双重PCR法鉴定第2相鞭毛缺失菌株并对其进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分析。结果1576株沙门菌中有401株鼠伤寒沙门菌,经双重PCR方法鉴定出113株鼠伤寒沙门菌单相变异株,分别占沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌的7.17%和28.18%,其中79.64%(90例)来源于<2岁的婴幼儿。113株鼠伤寒沙门菌单相变异株经XbaⅠ酶切后,共分为88种带型,各带型包含菌株数为1~5株,带型相似度在58%~100%,带型无明显的地域、时间聚集特征。结论河南省腹泻患者中鼠伤寒沙门菌单相变异株检出率较高,且人群分布不均,分子分型表现出较大的多样性,没有形成较大规模的流行。Objective To understand the distribution and molecular characteristics of monophasic salmonella typhimurium in diarrhea patients in Henan province.Methods The strains of salmonella typhimurium identified before in Henan were re-tested with Serological method.Double PCR method was used to identify the single-phase variant,and PFCE analysis was performed.Results Of 1576 strains of salmonella,401 strains were typhimurium salmonella,and 113 strains of monophasic salmonella typhimurium were identified by Double PCR.The composition ratios of all salmonella and salmonella typhimurium were 7.17%and 28.18%,respectively.Of the 113 strains,79.64%(90 strains)were sourced from infants aged 0-2 years.The 113 strains of Monophasic Salmonella Typhimurium were divided into 88 types after Xba I enzyme digestion.The number of strains included in each type varied from 1 to 5.The similarity of the types was between 58%and 100%.There was no obvious characteristics of region and time clustering.Conclusions The detection rate of monophasic salmonella typhimurium a is relatively high in diarrhea patients and the population distribution is uneven.The molecular typing shows considerable diversity and there is no largescale epidemic.
