摘　　要：目的了解河南省医务人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业防护知识和工作行为准则知晓情况,为有效开展HIV职业暴露防护能力建设提供参考。方法选取河南省6家医院,基于网络平台采用自愿抽样的方法对医务人员进行HIV职业防护知识和工作行为准则问卷调查,分析医务人员对艾滋病基本知识、职业暴露知识和职业暴露工作行为准则的知晓情况。结果共回收有效问卷275份,结果显示5.45%(15名)的医务人员发生过HIV职业暴露;高级职称(正高级和副高级)暴露率为12.50%(8/64),高于中级及以下和职称不详者的3.32%(7/211)(χ^(2)=8.029,P<0.05)。78.91%的医务人员接受过HIV职业暴露防护的培训,对艾滋病基本知识及职业暴露知识总体知晓率为83.14%,对职业暴露工作行为准则总体知晓率为62.25%,不同岗位医务人员对艾滋病基本知识及职业暴露知识总体知晓率情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河南省医疗机构医务人员HIV职业防护知识知晓率较高,工作行为准则知晓率较低,提示仍需持续构建和加强集中培训、管理和考核等多维一体的高效培训体系建设,确保全省医务人员HIV职业暴露知识和应对能力的综合提升。Objective To understand the awareness of HIV occupational protection knowledge and work conduct code among healthcare workers in Henan province,and provide a reference for the effective development of HIV occupational exposure protection capacity.Methods Six hospitals in Henan province were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on HIV occupational protection knowledge and work conduct code among healthcare workers based on the network platform by means of voluntary sampling.The knowledge of AIDS basic knowledge,occupational exposure knowledge and work code of conduct for occupational exposure among healthcare workers were analyzed.A total of 275 valid questionnaires were collected.Results Of the respondents,5.45%of healthcare workers had experienced occupational exposure to HIV.The exposure rate among healthcare workers with senior professional titles was 12.50%(8/64),higher than that among healthcare workers with intermediate or below or unknown professional titles(3.32%,7/211),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.029,P<0.05).Of the healthcare workers,78.91%had received training on HIV occupational exposure protection.The overall awareness rate of AIDS elementary knowledge and occupational exposure knowledge among the healthcare workers was 83.14%,and the overall awareness rate of work conduct code for occupational exposure was 62.25%.The overall awareness rates of AIDS elementary knowledge and occupational exposure knowledge among healthcare workers in different work positions were statistically significant different(P<0.05).Conclusions The awareness rate of HIV occupational protection knowledge is relatively high,and the awareness rate of work conduct code is low among the healthcare workers in medical institutions,which suggests that the construction of an effective system combining training,management,and assessment system was urgently needed to ensure the provincial enhancement of comprehensive ability on occupational exposure knowledge and coping capacity.
