摘　　要：目的了解宝安区室内游泳馆成人游泳者游泳相关行为暴露参数。方法以深圳市宝安区30家室内游泳馆自愿参与调查的215名成人游泳者为研究对象,开展问卷调查,对不同性别、不同年龄组成人游泳者的暴露参数进行统计分析。结果深圳市宝安区成人游泳者平均身高168.5 cm、体重63.6 kg,游泳频率6.0次/月,每次游泳时长、更衣时长、淋浴时长、准备活动及休息时间分别为60.0、10.0、10.0、20.0 min/次,游泳过程吞水量40.5 mL/次,月均游泳时长为360.0 min/月。其中,男性的月均游泳频率、月均游泳时长高于女性(P均<0.05),参数的中位数(四分位数间距)[M(Q)]分别为8.0(8.0)和4.0(7.0)次/月、400.0(450.0)和220.0(480.0)min/月;淋浴时长、准备活动及休息时间、游泳过程吞水量低于女性(P均<0.05),参数的M(Q)分别为10.0(5.0)和12.5(10.0)min/次、20.0(14.5)和20.0(17.5)min/次、27.0(13.5)和40.5(81.0)mL/次;18~44岁游泳时长、淋浴时长、准备活动及休息时长高于45~65岁(P均<0.05),参数的M(Q)分别为60.0(20.0)和40.0(30.0)min/次、9.3(10.0)和5.0(5.0)min/次、20.0(15.0)和15.0(12.5)min/次。结论深圳市宝安区不同性别、年龄成人游泳者的部分暴露参数存在差异,在进行健康风险评价时需综合考虑相关影响因素。Objectives To investigate swimming-related behavioral exposure parameters among adult swimmers in indoor swimming pools in Baoan district.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted with 215 adult swimmers as participants in Baoan district,Shenzhen.The exposure parameters of adult swimmers of different genders and different age groups(18-44 and 45-65 years old)were statistically analyzed.Results Among the investigated adult swimmers,the mean height was 168.5 cm;weight was 63.6 kg;swimming frequency was 6 times/month;swimming time,clothes changing time,shower time,warming-up exercise and rest time were 60.0,10.0,10.0 and 20.0 min/times,respectively;the amount of water swallowed during swimming was 40.50 mL/time,and average monthly swimming time was 360.0 min/month.Swimming frequency and length in males were greater than those in females(both P<0.05),and the medians(interquartile ranges)were 8.0(8.0)and 4.0(7.0)times/month in males,400.0(450.0)and 220.0(480.0)min/month,respectively;the lengths of showering time,preparation and resting time,and the amount of water swallowed during swimming were greater in males than those in females(all P<0.05),and the medians(interquartile ranges)for them were 10.0(5.0)and 12.5(10.0)min/times,20.0(14.5)and 20.0(17.5)min/times,27.0(13.5)and 40.5(81.0)mL/times,respectively.Mean height of swimmers was higher than that of swimmers aged 45-65 years,and the lengths of swimming,showering,and preparatory activities and resting in the group aged 18-44 years were longer than those in the group aged 45-65 years(all P<0.05),and the medians(interquartile ranges)for them were 60.0(20.0)and 40.0(30.0)min/times,9.3(10.0)and 5.0(5.0)min/times,20.0(15.0)and 15.0(12.5)min/times,respectively.Conclusions There are differences in some exposure parameters among adult swimmers with different genders and ages in Baoan district,so it is necessary to consider the relevant influencing factors comprehensively when conducting health risk assessment.
