摘 要:针对重庆茶园污水处理厂预处理过程中遇到的无法拦截大部分花椒、油污和纤维缠绕等问题,本工程采用改良型转鼓细格栅对项目进行改造,从而实现对原预处理系统的升级。本次改造利用原有池体无需新增土建,改造后,与同期数据相比,出水SS降低明显,池面感官大幅提升。工程应用效果表明,高效的除渣效率满足了后续系统处理的要求,提高了系统运行稳定性,同时降低了运行成本,在川渝地区具有良好的应用前景。In view of the problems of unable to intercept most of the pepper,oil and fiber winding during the pretreatment process of Chongqing Chayuan Sewage Treatment Plant,the improved rotary drum fine screens was used to transform the project,so as to realize the upgrading of the original pretreatment system.This transformation used the original pool body,without the need for additional civil engineering.Post-renovation data analysis reveals that suspended solids(SS)in the effluent decreased significantly,and the sensory of the pool surface was greatly improved.The application case has demonstrated that the efficient sludge removal capability meets the requirements for subsequent system processing,enhances system operational stability,and reduces operating costs.Consequently,the application prospect of this new equipment is very promising in Sichuan-Chongqing area.
