县级监测站垂直管理后的发展思路

摘　　要：县级监测站如何适应满足新时期环境执法监测和环境管理工作的需要,是我国环境监测事业发展面临的迫切问题。结合基层日常工作,系统分析了县级监测站垂直管理改革后面临的主要问题,提出了加强县级监测站能力建设的对策。s:It is a stringent problem in the environmental monitoring development of our country that county-level environmental monitoring stations how to meet needs of enforcement monitoring and environmental management.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in county-level environmental monitoring stations after vertical management,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the environment monitoring level.
