摘 要:试验旨在研究香芹酚对育成期灰色母貂生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清抗氧化及免疫性能的影响。选取70日龄育成期灰色母貂60只,随机分为6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只母貂,单笼饲养。对照组母貂饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加75、150、225、300、375 mg/kg香芹酚。预试期1 w,正式试验期8 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,基础饲粮中添加225 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著提高育成期母貂的末重、体长(P<0.05),极显著提高平均日增重(P<0.01),极显著降低料重比(P<0.01);添加75、150、225、300、375 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著提高育成期母貂对粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05),添加225、300 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著提高育成期母貂对粗蛋白的表观消化率(P<0.05),添加150 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著提高育成期母貂对钙的表观消化率(P<0.05);添加225 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著降低育成期母貂血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),添加300 mg/kg香芹酚能够显著提高育成期母貂血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05);添加75、150、225、300 mg/kg香芹酚可显著提高育成期母貂血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05),添加300、375 mg/kg香芹酚可显著提高血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量(P<0.05),添加香芹酚可显著提高血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,综合生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清抗氧化和血清免疫等指标数据,建议育成期母貂基础饲粮中香芹酚的适宜添加量为225 mg/kg。The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of carvacrol on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum antioxidant capacity and serum immunity of growing grey female minks.Sixty growing grey female minks at 70 days of age with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into six groups with 10 replicates in each group and one mink in each replicate,feeding in single cage.The minks in the control group were fed a basal diet,the minks in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 75,150,225,300 and 375 mg/kg carvacrol.The pre-experimental period lasted for one week,and the experimental period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the basal diet supplemented with 225 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the final body weigh and body length(P<0.05),significantly increased the average daily gain(P<0.01)and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.01).The basal diet supplemented with 75,150,225,300 and 375 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the ether extract apparent digestibility(P<0.05),the basal diet supplemented with 225 and 300 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the crude protein apparent digestibility(P<0.05),the basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the calcium apparent digestibility(P<0.05).The basal diet supplemented with 225 mg/kg carvacrol significantly decreased the serum MDA content of the minks(P<0.05),the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the serum total antioxidant capacity of the minks(P<0.05).The basal diet supplemented with 75,150,225 and 300 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the serum IgA content of the minks(P<0.05),the basal diet supplemented with 300 and 375 mg/kg carvacrol significantly increased the serum IgG content of the minks(P<0.05),and the basal diet supplemented with carvacrol increased the serum IgM content of the minks(P<0.05).The study indicates that based on comprehensive indicat
