摘　　要：作为保障民生的重要支柱产业,畜禽产业在促进农业提质增效、推进乡村全面振兴等方面发挥重要作用。在乡村振兴战略背景下,我国畜禽产业发展畜禽产品供给能力逐步提高,产业科技创新水平不断提升,畜禽疫病防控工作持续强化,为赋能畜禽全产业链高质量发展奠定坚实的基础。随着乡村振兴战略的纵深推进,畜禽全产业链高质量发展的战略重点在于大力推动畜禽种业振兴,有力确保畜禽种源自主可控;促进畜禽养殖业可持续发展,实现经济效益与生态效益双赢;健全畜禽产品加工流通体系,加强供需对接和产销联动。未来应从切实强化组织保障、完善要素保障体系、加快推进品牌建设三方面着手,引领畜禽全产业链高质量发展,为驱动乡村全面振兴提供有力支撑。As an important pillar industry to protect people's livelihood,livestock and poultry industry plays an important role in promoting the agricultural quality and efficiency and promoting rural comprehensive revitalization.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the supply capacity of livestock and poultry products in Chinese livestock and poultry industry has been gradually enhanced,the level of industrial scientific and technological innovation has been continuously improved,and the prevention and control of livestock and poultry diseases have been consistently reinforced,laying a solid foundation for enabling the high-quality development of the entire livestock and poultry industry chain.As the rural revitalization strategy gains momentum,the strategic focus of the high-quality development of the entire livestock and poultry industry chain is to vigorously promote the revitalization of livestock and poultry seed industry and effectively ensure that the livestock and poultry provenances are independently controllable,promote the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding industry and achieve a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits,improve the processing and circulation system of livestock and poultry products,and strengthen the docking of supply and demand and the connection between production and marketing.In the future,we should focus on three aspects:Strengthening organizational guarantee,improving factor guarantee system and accelerating brand building,so as to lead the high-quality development of the entire livestock and poultry industry chain and provide strong support for driving rural comprehensive revitalization.
