摘　　要：羊膜腔感染(intraamniotic infection,IAI)是常见的妊娠期并发症,可导致孕产妇及新生儿并发症发生率升高。了解其病因并及时诊断和治疗,能有效改善母儿结局。Intraamniotic infection(IAI)is a common complication of pregnancy that can lead to an increased incidence of maternal and neonatal complications.Understanding its etiology making timely diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve maternal and fetal outcomes.
