摘  要:由于当前磷资源短缺以及其回收方法的局限性,迫切需要开发从废水或污泥中回收磷的可行技术。近来,蓝铁矿[Fe_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·8H_(2)O]凭借其易于获得和可观的经济价值而备受国内外关注。蓝铁矿的生成除了富铁、富磷的条件以外,还需要还原性环境以及中性条件的pH。实践中,污水厂的运行条件恰好满足蓝铁矿生成的内外因素,在污泥中也多次报道有蓝铁矿的存在。为推动蓝铁矿形式的磷回收的进一步发展,文章从蓝铁矿的化学性质、回收潜力、生成过程、影响因素以及回收手段阐述从废水中以蓝铁矿形式回收磷的可行性。并对今后以蓝铁矿形式的磷回收方法的研究和发展提出了展望和建议:明晰蓝铁矿生成的机理及影响因素、增大所生成蓝铁矿尺寸、强化或开发分离手段。Recently,due to the shortage of phosphorus resources and the limitations of recovery methods,there is an urgent need to develop viable technologies for recovering phosphorus from wastewater or sludge.Vivianite[Fe_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·8H_(2)O]has attracted great attention due to its accessible and considerable economic value.The production of vivianite requires a reducing environment in addition to high concentrations of Fe^(2+),PO^(3-)_(4) as well as neutral conditions of pH.Practically,the operating conditions of the wastewater treatment plant meet exactly the internal and external factors of vivianite formation.The existence of vivianite has also been reported for many times in the sludge.To promote the further development of phosphorus recovery in the form of vivianite,this review describes the feasibility of phosphorus recovery from wastewater in the form of vivianite in terms of its chemical properties,recovery potential,generation process,influencing factors and its recovery methods.Prospects and advices are given for future research and development of phosphorus recovery methods in the form of vivianite:clarifying the mechanism of vivianite crystallization and the influencing factors,increasing the size of the vivianite,and enhancing or developing methods of separation.
