摘  要:上海海滨污水处理厂扩建规模为20万m^(3)/d,进水受工业废水和附近填埋场渗沥液尾水影响,水质常年浓度较高且可生化性较差,出水标准为国家一级A标准。针对项目规模大、处理难度大、工程场地紧等特点,设计采用了“预处理+生物处理+深度处理”总体工艺流程,其中生物处理采用多点进水多段AAO工艺,具有良好的水质适应能力,处理效果稳定、切换模式灵活、运行能耗低。主处理构筑物设计为一座20万m^(3)/d规模的初沉池、生物反应池与二沉池合建的集约式水池,节省土地且便于养护巡检。通水运行以来,在处理水量达到设计规模95%的情况下各项出水指标稳定达标,COD_(Cr)最大去除率为96.96%。本工程处理工艺和设计方案可为同类工程提供参考。Shanghai Haibin wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)has an expansion design capacity of 2×10^(5) m^(3)/d.The influent water has high concentration and poor biodegradability,and the effluent quality should meet first grade A standard.Due to the large scale,treatment hardness and small site area,the process of WWTP consists of“pretreatment+biological treatment+advanced treatment”.The biological treatment adopted multi-point influent and multi-stage AAO process,which has strong resistance to water quality and volume changes,stable and reliable treatment effect,flexible operation mode,and low energy consumption.The main treatment structure is designed as an intensive type of primary sedimentation tank,biological reaction tank and secondary sedimentation tank with the capacity of 2×10^(5) m^(3)/d,which saved land and is easy to maintain.In the situation of reaching 95%treatment capacity,the WWTP runs steadily,and all indices in the effluent reach the design standards since it is put into operation,the maximum removal rate of COD_(Cr) is 96.96%.The processing technology and design scheme of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
