多院区医疗服务同质化管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：多院区医疗同质化管理,是促进优质医疗资源扩容,提升医疗质量,保障医疗安全的有效方式。浙江大学医学院附属第二医院针对多院区医疗同质化管理的难点问题,从统一建制,关注并落实核心要素,以及统一质量安全评价与监测3个维度,积极探索一体化、高质量的管理模式,有效提升医疗服务容量,保障医疗技术及质量,提高医院影响力及社会效益。这些实践取得了良好成效,可为其他大型公立医院多院区建设提供借鉴。Homogeneous management of multi-campus medical care is an effective way to promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources,improve medical quality,and ensure medical safety.The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine actively explored an integrated and high-quality management mode to effectively improve medical service capacity,ensure medical technology and quality,and enhance hospital influence and social benefits from three dimensions:unified establishment,implementation of core elements,and unified quality and safety evaluation and monitoring.These practices had achieved good results and could provide reference for the multi-campus construction of other large public hospitals.
