摘  要:双螺杆压缩机转子是空气压缩装置的核心零件,转子表面型线构成复杂、检测难度高。为此,设计一种基于多自由度电动转台与直角坐标臂联动的单探针接触式检测装置,用于转子型线检测。该装置主要由电动卡盘、分度转台、移动平台、直角坐标臂、工作台、检测探针和控制系统等组成。通过树莓派控制系统发出指令,驱动移动平台和直角坐标臂,使检测探针和转子快速移动到检测位置;控制检测探针和转子转台根据检测要求做相应的位置和姿态变换,使探针和转子接触,实现转子型线检测。所设计的装置有效解决了目前转子型线检测过程中,需要多探针固定测量而造成的机械结构复杂、安装调试繁琐、检测时间长和累积误差大等问题,能够有效降低检测人员的劳动强度,提高检测精度和效率。The rotor of twin-screw compressor is the core part of air compression device,the rotor surface profile is complicated and difficult to detect.For this reason,a single probe contact detection device based on the linkage of multi-degree-of-freedom electric turntable and cartesian coordinate arm for rotor profile detection is designed.The device is mainly composed of electric chuck,indexing table,moving platform,cartesian coordinate arm,workbench,detection probe and control system.The raspberry PI control system sends out commands to drive the mobile platform and the cartesian coordinate arm,so that the detection probe and rotor can be moved quickly to the detection position;the detection probe and rotor turntable are controlled to make corresponding position and attitude changes according to the detection requirements,so as to make the probe and rotor contact and realize the rotor profile detection.By using designed device,the problems of complicated mechanical structure,cumbersome installation and debugging,long detection time and large accumulated error caused by the need for multiple probes in the current rotor profile detection process can be effectively solved,and the labor intensity of detection personnel can be effectively reduced and the detection accuracy and efficiency can be improved.
