摘  要:针对轨道区段占用检测系统的网络通信需求,研发一种高效可靠的基于阿里云平台的窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)网络通信节点。利用光纤光栅传感器、超声波探头等设备采集轨道区段的列车占用信息和钢轨裂缝探伤检测信息,通过基于移远BC260Y模组所设计的NB-IoT无线通信节点将数据上传到阿里云平台进行数据记录。通过上位机和App程序,用户可以实时查看轨道区段的占用检测信息和钢轨的损伤情况。所设计的NB-IoT网络通信节点主要包含4个方面,分别为NB-IoT模块电路、串口通信模块电路、USIM接口模块电路和电源模块电路。不同于传统的“两跳”方案,所设计的NB-IoT网络通信节点无需中间网关设备,具备广泛的覆盖范围、低终端功耗以及高成本效益等特点,可有效提升高铁轨道区段占用检测的网络通信效率和可靠性。In response to the network communication needs of the track section occupancy detection system,an efficient and reliable Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)network communication node based on the Alibaba cloud platform is developed.Fiber Bragg grating sensors,ultrasonic probes and other equipment are used to collect train occupancy information and rail crack detection information in track sections,and the data are uploaded to the Alibaba cloud platform for data recording through the NB-IoT wireless communication node designed based on the Quectel BC260Y module.Through the host computer and App program,users can view the occupancy detection information of the track section and the damage status of the rails in real time.The designed NB-IoT network communication node mainly includes four aspects,namely NB-IoT module circuit,serial communication module circuit,USIM interface module circuit and power module circuit.Different from the traditional"two-hop"solution,the designed NB-IoT network communication node does not require intermediate gateway equipment,which has the characteristics of wide coverage,low terminal power consumption and high cost-effectiveness,and can effectively improve the occupancy detection of high-speed railway track sections,network communication efficiency and reliability.
