摘　　要：根据我国电梯制造企业质量信用评价的特点,建立电梯制造企业质量信用评价方法。按照目标、要素指标和具体指标3个层次,结合企业质量信用相关国家标准和电梯行业的特点,建立电梯制造企业质量信用评价指标体系。设计指标之间重要程度调查表,采用德尔菲法,对要素层2个指标、履行质量承诺能力8个指标以及兑现质量承诺表现6个指标分别进行两两重要程度比较和打分,经过多轮的专家征询,形成调研结果。根据德尔菲法得到的打分结果,采用层次分析法构建比较矩阵,计算得到各个指标的权重值。结合前述研究成果,形成一套科学、合理、实用性强的电梯制造企业质量信用评价方法,促进电梯制造企业质量提升,推动电梯行业高质量发展。According to the characteristics of the quality credit evaluation of elevator manufacturing enterprises in our country,the quality credit evaluation method of elevator manufacturing enterprises is established.According to the three levels of objectives,factor indicators and specific indicators,combined with the relevant national standards of enterprise quality credit and the characteristics of the elevator industry,the quality credit evaluation index system of elevator manufacturing enterprises is established.The questionnaire of the importance degree among indicators is designed,and the Delphi method is adopted to compare and score the pair-to-pair importance degree of the two indicators of the factor level,the eight indicators of the ability to fulfill the quality commitment and the six indicators of the performance of the quality commitment,after several rounds of expert consultation,the research results are formed.Combined with the above-mentioned research results,a set of scientific,reasonable and practical quality credit evaluation methods for elevator manufacturing enterprises are formed to promote the quality improvement of elevator manufacturing enterprises and promote the high-quality development of the elevator industry.
