摘 要:储能电池模组生产过程中存在焊接质量不稳定造成爆孔、虚焊等缺陷;离散型生产模式存在工序错乱、生产效率低等问题。为提升储能电池模组的生产效率和质量,设计一条模块化的储能电池模组装配测试生产线。该产线通过倍速链线体将电芯检测、模组压装、模组焊接、模组测试4个单元进行连接集成,实现从电芯到模组成品测试自动化流水线作业。采用模块化设计,4个单元模块既能集成自动化产线,又可以作为单元模块独自运行,避免个别异常导致整线停产的情况。极柱激光清洗、复合激光焊、负压除尘等关键技术的应用,可解决电芯焊接爆孔、虚焊等问题,产品合格率提升至99.88%以上;自动化流水线作业能解决人工搬运、工序错乱等痛点,提高生产效率。实际应用表明,所提产线的生产效率比单站模式提升了3倍,减少操作人员9人,有显著的经济效益。During the production process of energy storage battery modules,there are defects such as unstable welding quality,resulting in burst holes and false soldering;there are some problems in discrete production mode,such as disordered processes and low production efficiency.In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of energy storage battery modules,a modular assembly and testing production line for energy storage battery modules is designed.The production line connects and integrates cell detection,module pressing,module welding,and module testing through a double speed chain body,achieving an automated assembly line operation from cell to module finished product testing.Adopting modular design,the four unit modules can be integrated into the automated production line,and can operate independently as unit modules to avoid individual abnormalities that may cause the entire line to stop production.The application of key technologies such as pole laser cleaning,composite laser welding,and negative pressure dust removal have been applied to solve problems such as explosive holes and false soldering in battery cell welding,and the product qualification rate has been increased to over 99.88%;by using the automatic assembly line,the pain points can be solved,such as manual handling and process confusion,and improves production efficiency.The practical application shows that the production efficiency of this production line has been improved by three times compared to the single station mode,reducing the number of operators by nine,and achieving significant economic benefits.
