摘　　要：当今竞争激烈的市场中,提高电饭锅制造业的竞争力是至关重要的。通过高度自动化的生产线实现电饭锅的干烧老化和自动投料,减少工人数量,提高生产效率,节约成本并提高产品的可靠性和稳定性。通过主输送带确保生产过程的连贯性和高效性。通过引入振动送料盘,大幅度减少了人工操作,提高了生产线的自动化程度,降低了用人成本。通过自动电检测装置可以实时监测电饭锅的质量,确保每个产品都符合标准。基于PLC编程的可定制性,保证了生产线的稳定运行,解决了生产效率低和人为因素引起的错误率问题。结果表明:该自动化生产线方案符合现代工业生产的发展趋势,实时监测功能也为质量控制提供了重要数据,能够帮助企业及时调整生产。In today's fiercely competitive market,improving the competitiveness of the rice cooker manufacturing industry is crucial.Through highly automated production lines,the dry burning aging and automatic feeding of electric rice cookers can be achieved,the number of workers can be reduced,production efficiency can be improved,costs can be saved,and the product reliability and stability can be improved.Ensure the continuity and efficiency of the production process through the main conveyor belt.By introducing the vibration feeding plate,the manual operation is greatly reduced,the automation degree of the production line is improved,and the employment cost is reduced.By using the automatic electrical detection device,the quality of the electric rice cooker can be monitored in real-time,ensuring that each product meets the standards.Based on the customability of PLC programming,the stable operation of the production line is guaranteed and the error rate caused by low production efficiency and human factors can be solved.The results show that the automatic production line scheme is in line with the development trend of modern industrial production,and the real-time monitoring function also provides important data for quality control,which can help enterprises to adjust production in time.
