摘 要:针对机械密封中的波纹管疲劳失效引起机械设备故障的问题,以Ω形和U形波纹管为研究分析对象,采用SolidWorks建立三维模型,用Ansys软件进行有限元静力学计算仿真,结合Miner疲劳损伤原理,对两种波纹管在不同预应力下的等效应力和疲劳寿命进行分析比对。结果表明:随着预应力的增加,两种波纹管的等效应力增加,疲劳寿命降低;波纹管的波峰和波谷位置都为应力集中位置;在相同预应力下,Ω形波纹管波峰处等效应力大于波谷处,U形波纹管波谷处的等效应力大于波峰处,U形波纹管易发生疲劳失效的结点数要比Ω形波纹管的多,更容易发生疲劳失效,Ω形波纹管的整体疲劳寿命大于U形波纹管。仿真分析结合Miner疲劳损伤原理所得结论可为预测波纹管的失效和波纹管优化设计提供理论依据。Aiming at the problem of mechanical equipment failure caused by fatigue failure of bellows in mechanical seals,Ω-shape and U-shaped bellows are taken as research and analysis objects,three-dimensional models are established by SolidWorks,finite element static calculation simulation is conducted by using Ansys software,based on the Miner fatigue damage principle,the equivalent stress and fatigue life of two types of corrugated pipes under different prestress are analyzed and compared.The results show that with the increase of prestress,the equivalent stress of the two kinds of bellows increases and the fatigue life decreases.The peak and trough positions of the bellows are stress concentration positions.Under the same prestress,the equivalent stress at the peak ofΩ-shape bellows is greater than that at the trough,and the equivalent stress at the trough of U-shape bellows is greater than that at the peak,and the fatigue failure of U-shape bellows is more likely to occur than that ofΩ-shape bellows,and the overall fatigue life ofΩ-shape bellows is greater than that of U-shape bellows.The results of the simulation analysis combined with the Miner fatigue damage principle provide theoretical basis for predicting the failure of bellows and optimizing the design of bellows.
