摘 要:在生产制造过程中,众多干扰因素会导致企业能耗损失严重,增加成本。提高能耗稳定性是复杂混合制造系统中能效优化的重要模块,在生产过程中快速、准确地找出能源不稳定性影响因素和路径对制造业节能减排具有重大意义。以高能耗中的典型陶瓷行业为例,在分析其生产流程的基础上,研究影响能耗不稳定性的主要影响因素,采用模糊Petri网和“后向树”推理法相结合的方法对能源稳定性进行建模及分析,对能源扰动进行了表示和推理,确定了其扰动的因素和传播路径。并进一步通过陶瓷企业中典型的高能耗烧成车间为例验证了所建模型的可行性和有效性。研究结果为进一步分析和优化能源系统提供参考。In the manufacturing process,the interfering factors will lead to serious energy consumption and increase costs.Improving energy stability is an important module for energy efficiency optimization in complex and hybrid manufacturing systems.It is of great significance for manufacturing industry to quickly and accurately find out the influencing factors and paths of energy instability in the production process.Taking the typical ceramic industry with high energy consumption as an example,based on the analysis of the production process,the main factors affecting the instability of energy consumption are studied,and the energy stability is modeled and analyzed by the method of fuzzy Petri and backward tree reasoning,the energy disturbance is expressed and deduced,and the disturbance factors and propagation path are determined.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by a typical sintering workshop named as the high energy consumption element in a ceramic enterprise.The results can provide further reference for analysis and optimization of energy system.
