摘 要:介绍一种超声相控阵管座角焊缝检测方法,解决了管座角焊缝检测过程中结构回波干扰缺陷分析的问题。该方法使用双轴编码器进行扫查,其中一轴绕支管中轴线进行旋转,另一轴控制母管上的探头离支管中轴线的距离。扫查过程中探头在母管上绕支管进行移动,移动过程中,探头始终指向支管中轴线。对于每一个扫查断面,以支管的中轴线为y轴,以母管的中轴线和支管的中轴线的交点为坐标原点在当前扫查断面建立空间三维直角坐标系,分别构建当前扫查断面与管座角焊缝工件的相贯线解析方程。根据相贯线解析方程,在S扫成像图上绘制当前扫查断面与管座角焊缝工件的相贯线。通过参考相贯线,可更准确地分析管座角焊缝工件的缺陷情况,排除结构回波干扰,有效解决管座角焊缝检测过程中结构回波难以区分的难题。A method is introduced for detecting socket weld fillets using ultrasonic phased array technology,which addresses the issue of structural echo interference in the analysis of defects during socket weld fillet inspection.The approach requires the use of a dual-axis encoder for scanning,with one axis rotating around the axis of the branch pipe,and the other axis controlling the distance between the probe on the main pipe and the axis of the branch pipe.During the scanning process,the probe moves around the branch pipe on the main pipe,always pointing towards the axis of the branch pipe.For each scanning cross-section,a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system is established in the current scanning cross-section,with the axis of the branch pipe as the y-axis,and the intersection of the axes of the main pipe and the branch pipe as the origin.The intersecting line analysis equations between the current scanning cross-section and the socket weld fillet workpiece are constructed separately.According to the intersecting line analysis equations,the intersecting lines between the current scanning cross-section and the socket weld fillet workpiece are plotted on each sector scan image.By referencing these intersecting lines,inspection engineers can more accurately analyze the defects in the socket weld fillet workpiece,eliminating structural echo interference,effectively solving the problem of difficulty in distinguishing structural echoes during the inspection process of socket weld fillets.
