摘 要:为提升高铁40 m简支箱梁1000 t轮胎式搬运机技术水平,更好地助力我国高速铁路大跨度简支箱梁建造技术发展,分析了目前40 m简支箱梁施工应用的1000 t轮胎式搬运机的优缺点,提出了新型1000 t轮胎式搬运机的优化设计方向,介绍了设备的结构形式、采用的关键技术,并通过有限元分析及试验检测相结合的方法进行了验证,该设备在高铁40 m简支箱梁建造工程中得到成功应用,结果表明相较于以往的轮胎式搬运机,其功能更全,使用范围更广,自动化程度更高,成本更低,为今后大型起重设备的优化设计提供了理论支撑。In order to improve the technical level of the 1000 t tire handling machinery for the 40 m simply supported box girder of the high-speed railway,and better assist the development of construction technology for large-span simply supported box girders on high-speed railways in China,the advantages and disadvantages of the 1000 t tire handling machinery currently used in the construction of the 40 m simply supported box girder are analyzed,and the optimal design direction of the new type 1000 t tire handling machinery is proposed.The structural form of the equipment and the key technologies used are introduced,which are verified through a combination of finite element analysis and test detection,the equipment has been successfully applied in the construction of a 40 m simply supported box girder for high-speed railway.The results show that compared to previous tire transporters,it has more complete functions,wider scope of use,higher degree of automation and lower cost.It provides theoretical support for the optimal design of large-scale lifting equipment in the future.
