摘  要:三维数控弯管机是把直管根据技术要求弯制成各种三维形状。在电脑三维绘图软件广泛应用的今天,工程师设计的管子形状越来越复杂,弯管加工动作就更加复杂,对弯管加工编程技术人员的经验及技术能力要求也越来越高。传统的人工计算弯管尺寸参数和编写加工G代码的方法已经满足不了生产的需求。为了降低人力成本,利用开放式数控系统二次开发功能,通过开放式数控系统内置的基于ECMAScript的脚本语言开发软件,二次开发了控制系统,功能包括3D图纸导入、X、Y、Z三维坐标点数据输入、Y、B、C直线点和弯曲角度的相对坐标数据输入、三维图形的管形状显示、用宏程序根据图纸或输入的产品数据自动转换编译成G代码加工程序等。大幅降低了对编程及操作人员的技术能力要求,同时也提升了编程效率及操作的准确性,将开放式数控系统优势和价值发挥充分。The 3D CNC pipe bending machine bends straight pipes into various 3D shapes according to technical requirements.Today,with the widespread application of computer 3D drawing software,the shapes of pipes designed by engineers are becoming increasingly complex,and the bending process actions are becoming more complex.The requirements for the experience and technical ability of bending process programming technicians are also increasing.The traditional manual calculation of elbow size parameters and preparation of processing G-code can not meet the needs of production.In order to reduce the labor cost,using the secondary development function of the open CNC system,through the development software based on the ECMAScript Scripting language built in the open CNC system,the secondary development software has functions of 3D drawing import,X,Y,Z 3D coordinate point data input,Y,B,C straight line point and bending angle relative coordinate data input,3D graphics tube shape display,automatically converting and compiling the macro program into G-code processing program according to the drawing or input product data.It significantly reduces the technical ability requirements for programming and operators,while also improving programming efficiency and operational accuracy,fully leveraging the advantages and value of open CNC systems.
