三峡能源发行碳中和债券对股价的影响研究

摘　　要：随着我国绿色债券发行数量的增多,其创新品种碳中和债券也逐渐兴起。我国首批碳中和债券于2021年发行,此后,越来越多的企业加入碳中和债券市场。为了研究发行碳中和债对公司股票价格的影响,本文选择三峡能源作为研究对象,采用事件研究法分析其发行碳中和债带来的股价效应。通过实证发现,三峡能源发行碳中和债券对公司股价产生了显著的正向影响。该结论为其他新能源上市公司拓宽了融资渠道,在选择碳中和债券进行融资方面提供了经验,推进了绿色项目发展,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。With the increase in the number of green bonds issued in China,its innovative varieties of carbon-neutral bonds have gradually emerged.China's first carbon-neutral bonds will be issued in 2021,and since then,more and more enterprises have joined the carbon-neutral bond market.In order to study the impact of issuing carbon neutral bonds on the stock price of the company,this paper chooses Three Gorges Energy as the research object and uses the event study method to analyze the stock price effect of issuing carbon neutral bonds.The empirical results show that the carbon neutral bond issued by Three Gorges Energy has a significant positive impact on the company's stock price.The conclusion broadens financing channels for other new energy listed companies,provides experience in choosing carbon-neutral bonds for financing,promotes the development of green projects,and helps the realization of China's"double carbon"goal.
