珠海市楼盘名称的语言特点及文化内涵探析

摘　　要：本文从语言特点和文化内涵两个角度出发,对搜集到的710个珠海市楼盘名称进行分析。为了更好地体现并说明楼盘命名的发展与变化,本文还对比了开盘时间从2021年至2022年,共计110个楼盘名称的音节数量及通名排名情况。研究发现,近年来珠海市楼盘命名在音节数量上呈上升趋势,通名选择上呈现出多样化、新颖化的特点,文化内涵上则主要体现为傍水文化、依山文化、岭南文化以及中华文化四个方面。This paper studies 710 real estate names collected in Zhuhai from the two perspectives of language characteristics and cultural connotations.In order to better reflect and explain the development and change of property naming,this paper also compares the number of syllables and the general name ranking of 110 property names from the opening time from 2021 to 2022.It is found that in recent years,the number of syllables of real estate names in Zhuhai City is on the rise,and the selection of general names is diversified and novel.In terms of cultural connotation,it is mainly embodied in four aspects:waterfront culture,mountain culture,Lingnan culture and Chinese culture.
