当前地方高校毕业生就业问题及其对策研究

摘　　要：当前,就业市场存在岗位供求结构不平衡、经济下行压力增大以及用人单位招人难与地方高校毕业生就业难并存等问题。要解决这些问题,地方高校应从加强就业创业宣传引导、引导学生树立正确就业观念、线上线下搭建就业平台、开展访企拓岗促就业专项活动、加强市场建设、重点帮扶和“不断线”开展就业指导服务七方面入手,制订有针对性的对策,多措并举协助就业,实现双方互利共赢。At present,the job markets face problems with unbalanced supply and demand structure,increasing downward pressure on the economy,and difficulty for employers to recruit and for graduates from local universities to find jobs,etc.To address these problems,local colleges and universities should strengthen the propaganda and guidance of employment and entrepreneurship,guide students to establish reasonable employment concepts,build employment platforms online and offline,carry out special activities to promote employment by visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities,strengthen market construction,focus on helping,and carry out employment guidance services continuously,and carry out targeted policies to assist employment,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
