试论大学行为文化基本原理与逻辑结构

摘　　要：大学文化能够激发人的潜能并使之得到最大的发挥与实现,其核心价值之一是保障、满足、激励和引导个体不断增长与提升层次需要。大学行为文化是大学文化不可或缺的重要组分。就理论假设而言,马斯洛人的需要层次原理及其变式是大学行为文化的基本原理。从中可发现,只有坚持“以人为本”的理念和原则要求,保障、满足、激励和引导人的不断增长与上升的高层次需要,才能使人的潜能和积极性得到最大的发挥与实现。就结构逻辑而言,行为文化不只是精神文化外在体现的“外化”与“折射”,还是其他文化形态的“能动”与“活化”。大学行为文化处于大学文化五形态的中间环节,起着承上启下的“枢纽”作用。其意蕴在于,行为文化是大学文化不可或缺的重要组分,是大学文化完整链条中“承先启后”的环节和“具有能动性的”“活的”载体。大学行为文化是对大学精神文化的“守望”与“诠释”,是对大学制度文化的“践履”与“检验”,也是对大学生态文化的“映现”与“彰显”,还是对大学物质文化的“活化”与“超越”。University culture can stimulate people's potential and enthusiasm to get the maximum play and realization,and one of its core values is to guarantee,satisfy,motivate and guide the continuous growth and rise of high-level needs of individuals.University behavior culture is an indispensable component of university culture.As far as theoretical hypothesis is concerned,Maslow's need hierarchy principle and its variant is the basic principle of university behavior culture.It can be found that only by adhering to the concept and principle of"people-oriented",guaranteeing,satisfying,motivating and guiding people's growing and rising high-level needs,can people's potential and enthusiasm be maximized and realized.As far as structural logic is concerned,behavior culture is not only the"externalization"and"refraction"of spiritual culture,but also the"activeness"and"activation"of other cultural forms.University behavior culture is in the middle of the five forms of university culture,and plays a"pivot"role.Its implication is that behavior culture is an indispensable component of university culture,a link of"linking the past and the future"and a carrier of"active"and"living"in the complete chain of university culture.University behavior culture is the"watch"and"interpretation"of university spiritual culture,the"practice"and"test"of university system culture,the"reflection"and"manifestation"of university ecological culture,or the"activation"and"transcendence"of university material culture.
