摘　　要：古建筑修复工程中琐事最多、份量最杂,应以灰作部分独占鳌头,基础、墙身、屋面等皆有其工作份量,灰泥亦因配合材料的比例、种类不同而异,拌合出不同的材料,以适应各种类的需求.本研究查找相关古文献及访谈匠师口述灰作配比经验,实验研究先将不同白灰原料成分检验,以探讨了解灰作材料的特性,利用匠师口述灰作配比,将各龄期各试验材料经抗压试验所得之数据加以分析,并观察粉刷层裂缝试验,结果发现蛎壳灰自身体积收缩小(不易产生裂缝),适合于面层抹灰,本研究相关研究数据有助于未来古建筑修复工程中灰作工程施工规范的建立.In the restoration project of ancient buildings,the most trivial and the most mixed,the part of the ash work should take the lead,since the foundation,walls,roofs,etc.have their share of work,mortar also varies with the proportion of materials,different types,mixed with different materials to meet the needs of various types.In this study,we looked up the relevant ancient literature and interviewed the artisans'oral experience on the ratio of ash work,and the experimental study first examined the composition of different white ash materials to explore the characteristics of ash work materials.Use the artisan's dictation for the proportion of ash.The data obtained from the compressive test of each test material at each age were analyzed,and the crack test of the stucco layer was observed,and it was found that the volume shrinkage of oyster shell plaster itself is small(not easy to produce cracks),which is suitable for surface plastering.The research data related to this study will contribute to the establishment of construction specifications for ash work in future ancient building restoration projects.
