摘 要:利用旋转压实仪成型试件,采用改进的Superpave设计方法进行Superflex改性沥青抗裂层混合料设计,通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲小梁试验、车辙试验及疲劳试验研究分析了掺加纤维前后Superflex改性沥青抗裂层混合料路用性能.试验结果表明:改进的superpave设计方法适合抗裂层沥青混合料设计;Superflex改性沥青抗裂层混合料具有良好的低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能及疲劳性能;掺加纤维可改善混合料高温性能、疲劳寿命和常温弯曲性能,疲劳寿命与应力呈指数关系,相关性较好,掺加纤维的Superflex改性沥青抗裂层适用南方湿热地区.The improved superpave design method was used to design the superflex modified asphalt anti-cracking layer mixture,and the test specimens were manufactured by using superpave gyratory compactor.The road performance of superflex modified asphalt anti-cracking layer mixture before and after adding fiber was studied and analyzed through some tests,which included immersion test,freezing-thaw splitting test,low temperature bending test,high temperature rutting test and fatigue test.The result shows that,the improved superpave design method is suitable to design the anti-cracking layer mixture;these performances are good which included water stability performance,low temperature anti-cracking performance and fatigue performance;The high temperature performance,fatigue life and normal temperature bending performance of the mixture can be improved by adding fiber;the fatigue life and stress is exponential relationship with good correlation,superflex modified asphalt crack resistant layer with fiber is suitable for hot and humid areas in south China.
