“泛偶像化”背景下大学生榜样教育审思与应对

摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅速迭代和互联网平台的强势介入,传统偶像产业生态重塑,大学生异质性突显,偶像评价标准趋向多元,“泛偶像化”现象日益突出。“泛偶像化”背景下娱乐至上理念流行,狂热的偶像崇拜、驳杂的媒体宣传和不良的网络文化影响大学生榜样教育效用,需提升榜样人物认知、强化榜样人物宣传和改善榜样教育环境,使榜样教育作用最大化,助力新时代大学生成长成才。The rapid iteration of information technology and the strong intervention of the Internet platform have re-sulted in the fact that the ecology of the traditional idol industry has been remodeled,the heterogeneity of college stu-dents has become prominent,the idol evaluation standards has been increasingly diversified and"pan-idolization"has been increasingly prevalent.In the context of"pan-idolization",the idea of“entertainment is Paramount”,fanatical idolatry,mixed media popularity and undesirable network culture have influenced the educational effectiveness of role models in college students.It is necessary to enhance the cognition of role models,strengthen the publicity of role mod-els and improve the education environment of role models,so as to maximize their educational functions and promote the growth of college students in the new era.
