摘 要:为了解决开关磁阻电机(SRM)的全周期电感交点因磁路饱和而产生偏移的问题,该文提出了一种基于补偿饱和电感的SRM无位置传感器控制方法。首先,通过脉冲注入获取SRM的全周期电感;其次,离线测量在不同负载工况下的相电感交点偏移角度,并且采用余弦和函数来拟合负载转矩与偏移角度的关系;最后,实时检测当前负载转矩值,进而计算出需要补偿的偏移角度。当电机进入电感饱和工作状态后,通过拟合补偿相电感位置交点的方法来提高转子位置角的估算精度。采用1台四相8/6极SRM为样机进行仿真和实验分析。该文方法没有新增加硬件,1个电角度周期内仍然可以更新8次转子位置角信息,消除了累计误差。In order to solve the problem that the full-period inductance intersection of switched reluctance motor(SRM)is offset due to magnetic circuit saturation,a position sensorless control strategy for SRM is presented based on compensation saturation inductance.Firstly,the full-period inductance of SRM is obtained by pulse injection;secondly,the offset angle of phase inductance intersection under different load conditions is measured off-line,and the cosine sum function is used to fit the relationship between load torque and offset angle;finally,the offset angle to be compensated is calculated by detecting the current load torque value in real time.When the motor enters the inductance saturation working state,the estimation accuracy of rotor position angle is improved by fitting the position intersection of compensation phase inductance.A four phase 8/6-pole SRM is used as a prototype for simulation and experimental analysis.This method does not add new hardware,and the rotor position angle information updates 8 times within one electrical angle cycle,eliminating accumulated errors.
