摘  要:为了评价高粘度浆料冲击喷射导电线路的成形质量,提出了线路水平轮廓精度与截面轮廓粗糙度指标。根据微滴融合特性建立了导电线路水平轮廓与截面轮廓质量模型,开展了不同单微滴直径和微滴间距的导电线路喷射成形实验。采用激光共聚焦显微镜扫描、MATLAB图像处理等手段,获取了成形线路的平均线宽、横向轮廓峰谷差以及纵向高度数据,计算了水平轮廓精度与截面轮廓粗糙度数值。结果表明:当微滴间距与单微滴直径的比值为(0,0.5]时,线路具有较小的水平轮廓波动;且该比值约为0.1时,线路同时具有最小的截面轮廓波动,并且截面轮廓质量随着比值的增大迅速下降。在高粘度浆料冲击喷射成形工艺中,针对不同的单微滴直径设置合理的微滴间距,可以有效改善线路表面形貌,提高导电线路喷射成形质量。In order to evaluate the surface quality of conductive line formed by impact-injection of high viscosity conductive pulp,the line horizontal profile accuracy and section profile roughness indicators are put forward.The horizontal profile quality and section profile quality model are established according to the droplet fusion characteristics.Conductive lines jet forming testes are carried out under different single droplet diameter and droplet spacing.The data of the average line width,peak-valley difference of horizontal profile and sectional profile height are obtained using methods of confocal laser microscope scanning and MATLAB image processing.The accuracy of horizontal profile and the roughness of section profile are calculated.The analysis results show that when the ratio of droplet spacing to droplet diameter is in the interval of(0,0.5],the line has the smaller fluctuation of horizontal profile;when the ratio is about 0.1,the line has the minimum fluctuation of sectional profile,and the quality of sectional profile decreases rapidly with the increase of the ratio.Therefore,in the process of impact-injection of high viscosity conductive pulp,set reasonable droplet spacing for different single droplet diameters can effectively improve the line surface morphology and the quality of conductive line jet forming.
