摘　　要：This year the global community continues to face recession as well as political and security instabilities.According to the World Economic Outlook report released by the International Monetary Fund in October,the global economy saw a year-on-year growth of 3.5 percent in 2022,with the growth rates of developed economies and emerging markets and developing economies reaching 2.6 percent and 4.1 percent,respectively.
