犬胫骨骨折模型的夹板固定方法研究

摘  要:目的探讨犬胫骨骨折模型安全有效的夹板固定方法。方法选取8只雄性比格犬,建立比格犬右侧胫骨骨折模型,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=4)与对照组(n=4),观察组予跟托式夹板联合自行研发的固定架固定,对照组予普通夹板联合自行研发的固定架固定。于术后当天及术后1、2、4、8周行X线检查观察骨折对位对线情况,记录治疗过程中夹板脱落、调整次数,采用压疮评分评估压疮情况。结果观察组所有比格犬术后8周X线片显示骨折对位对线均良好,对照组移位明显,观察组骨折对位对线成功率优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组夹板脱落次数、夹板调整次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟托式夹板联合自行研制的3D打印固定架是犬胫骨骨折模型安全、有效的夹板固定方式,可以有效防止骨折移位、减少压疮发生,值得推广与使用。Objective To explore a safe and effective splint fixation method for tibial fracture models of dogs.Methods A total of eight male beagle dogs were selected to establish right tibial fracture models of beagle dogs.They were divided into an observation group(n=4)and a control group(n=4)using a random number table method.The observation group was fixed with a heel-support splint combined with a self-developed fixed bracket,while the control group was fixed with a regular splint combined with a self-developed fixed bracket.X-ray examination was performed on the day after surgery and 1,2,4,and 8 weeks after surgery to observe the linear and positional alignment of the fracture.The number of splint shedding and splint adjustment during the treatment process was recorded,and the pressure sore score was used to evaluate the pressure sore situation.Results All beagle dogs in the observation group showed good linear and positional alignment of the fracture on X-ray at 8 weeks after surgery,while the control group showed significant displacement.The success rate of fracture alignment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The number of splint shedding and splint adjustment in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pressure sore score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The heel-support splint combined with the self-developed 3D printing fixed bracket is a safe and effective splint fixation method for tibial bone models of dogs,which can effectively prevent fracture displacement and reduce the occurrence of pressure sores.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
