中西医药物治疗在高促型无精子症中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察运用中西医结合药物治疗对高促型无精子症患者相关生育指标的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2022年3月于我院生殖男科门诊就诊的60例诊断为高促型无精子症患者,患者在行睾丸手术之前均使用3~6个月的中西医药物治疗,观察治疗前后患者的睾丸体积、体重指数以及生殖内分泌激素水平的变化。结果治疗后患者睾丸体积为(7.92±3.650)mL,与治疗前的(7.12±4.266)mL比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,患者体重指数(24.41±2.436)kg/m^(2),与治疗前的(24.74±2.579)kg/m^(2)比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后患者黄体生成素(13.23±8.256)mIU/mL,与治疗前的(12.32±8.213)mIU/mL比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后卵泡刺激素、睾酮水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高促型无精子症可通过中西医药物治疗能调控内分泌激素来改善患者的生精功能,可作为无精子症患者睾丸取精手术前的治疗应用。Objectives To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the related fertility indexes of patients with high-promoting azoospermia.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed as high-promoting azoospermia who were admitted to the Department of Reproductive Andrology in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2022 were selected.The patients were treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine for 3 to 6 months before testicular surgery.The changes of testicular volume,body mass index and reproductive endocrine hormone levels before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the testicular volume of the patients was(7.92±3.650)mL,which was not significantly different compared with(7.12±4.266)mL before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in luteinizing hormone(13.23±8.256)mIU/mL after treatment compared with(12.32±8.213)mIU/mL before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions High-promoting azoospermia can improve the spermatogenic function of patients by regulating endocrine hormones through Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and can be used as a treatment scheme before testicular sperm extraction surgery in patients with azoospermia.
