左卡尼汀口服液联合维生素E软胶囊治疗不育症伴DFI异常患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察左卡尼汀口服液联合维生素E软胶囊治疗不育症伴DFI异常患者的疗效。方法选取2022年2月至2023年1月万载县妇幼保健院门诊就诊的男性不育症伴DFI异常的80例患者,按随机分组法将分成观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用左卡尼汀口服液联合维生素E软胶囊治疗,对照组单纯采用维生素E软胶囊治疗,治疗1个疗程后观察两组患者的精子浓度、前向运动活动率、精子总活动率以及精子DFI指标。结果两组患者治疗后精子浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组前向运动精子活动率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后精子总活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组精子DFI优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀口服液和维生素E软胶囊的联合使用不仅能提高精子的前向运动精子活动率和精子总活动率,还能有效降低不育症患者的精子DFI,保持精子DNA的完整结构,可为临床治疗不育症尤其伴DFI异常的患者提供新的思路。Objectives To observe the curative effect of levocarnitine oral liquid combined with vitamin E soft capsules in the treatment of infertility patients with DFI abnormality.Methods A total of 80 male infertility patients with abnormal DFI who were treated in Wanzai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with levocarnitine oral liquid combined with vitamin E soft capsule,while the control group was treated with vitamin E soft capsule alone.After one course of treatment,the sperm concentration,forward motility rate,total sperm activity rate and sperm DFI index of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in sperm concentration between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the sperm motility rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total sperm viability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the sperm DFI of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined use of levocarnitine oral liquid and vitamin E soft capsule not only improves the forward movement sperm activity rate and total sperm activity rate of sperm,but also effectively reduces the sperm DFI of infertile patients and maintain the complete structure of sperm DNA,which can provide new ideas for clinical treatment of infertility,especially for patients with abnormal DFI.
