膻中穴理论及临床应用探究

摘　　要：膻中是任脉之重要经穴,又是心包募穴、八会穴之气会以及为足太阴、少阴,手太阳、少阳与任脉的交会穴,从古至今被历代医家所重视和临床广泛使用。本文通过膻中穴的相关文献资料,对其音、意、定位及功能等进行探究,并总结其临床应用规律,发现其广泛应用于肺系、心系、脾胃系及情志类、乳房类和其他类疾病,且临床疗效甚佳,但其相关作用机制研究相对较少。本文通过相关文献研究以期为膻中穴的临床应用及理论、机制研究提供新的思路和方法。Danzhong(CV 17)is an important meridian point of conception channel,and it is also the qi assembly point of pericardium alarm point and Bahui acupoint,and the convergent acupoint of foot-TAI YIN,Shaoyin,Hand-TAI YANG,Shaoyang and conception channel.It has been valued by generations of physicians and widely used in clinic since ancient times.In this paper,the sound,meaning,location and function of Danzhong(CV 17)were explored through relevant literature,and its application rules are summarized.It is found that Danzhong(CV 17)is widely used in the lung system,heart system,spleen and stomach system,emotionaldiseases and breast diseases,etc.,which achieves good clinical efficacy.However,the research which explores its related mechanism is relatively scarce.This paper provides new ideas and methods for the clinical application,theory and mechanism of Danzhong(CV 17)through reviewing related literature.
