放置宫颈球囊促宫颈成熟运用于自然分娩孕妇的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨放置宫颈球囊促宫颈成熟应用于自然分娩孕妇的临床疗效。方法选取68名建档分娩的孕妇,根据简单随机抽样法分成两组,各34名。对照组使用缩宫素促宫颈成熟,观察组使用宫颈球囊促宫颈成熟。对比两组分娩方式、Bishop评分、产程时间及分娩结局。结果观察组自然分娩率88.24%高于对照组的61.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Bishop评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Bishop评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放置宫颈球囊能够促进宫颈成熟,可提升孕妇自然分娩率,使Bishop评分提升,有助于缩短产程时间,降低不良分娩结局的风险。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical balloon placement for cervical maturation in pregnant women with natural delivery.Methods 68 pregnant women were selected and divided into two groups with 34 women in each group according to simple random sampling method.The control group used oxytocin to promote cervical maturation,and the observation group used cervical balloon to promote cervical maturation.The methods of delivery,Bishop score,labor duration and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 88.24%higher than that of the control group(61.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Bishop score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion Cervical balloon placement can promote cervical maturity,improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women,improve the Bishop score,and help shorten labor time and reduce the risk of adverse labor outcomes.
