左归丸合二至丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阴虚型卵泡发育障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究左归丸合二至丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阴虚型卵泡发育障碍的临床效果。方法选取90例肾阴虚型卵泡发育障碍患者,根据随机数字表法分为三组,每组30例。中药组予以左归丸合二至丸治疗,西药组予以枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,中西药组予以左归丸合二至丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。对比三组中医证候积分、性激素水平及临床指标。结果中西药组、中药组中医证候积分均低于西药组,鸡蛋清样分泌物发生率均高于西药组,子宫内膜厚度高于西药组(P<0.05),三组高温相持续天数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中西药组、中药组排卵优质率分别为90.00%、83.33%,均高于西药组的60.00%(P<0.05),中西药组、中药组优质卵泡直径大于西药组,孕酮、促黄体生成素及雌二醇水平均高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论左归丸合二至丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗肾阴虚型卵泡发育障碍患者,能够改善患者的中医症状,并提高患者排卵优质率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of Zuogui pills combined with Erzhi pills combined with Clomiphene citrate on follicular development disorder of renal Yin deficiency type.Methods 90 patients with renal Yin deficiency type follicular dysplasia were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Zuogui pills combined with Erzhi pills,the western medicine group was treated with Clomiphene citrate,and the Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Zuogui pills combined with Erzhi pills combined with Clomiphene citrate.The TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels and clinical indexes of the three groups were compared.Results TCM syndrome score in TCM group and TCM group was lower than that in western medicine group,incidence of egg clear secretion was higher than that in Western medicine group,endometrial thickness was higher than that in Western medicine group(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance in the duration of high temperature phase between the three groups(P>0.05),The ovulation quality rate in Chinese and Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group were 90.00%and 83.33%,respectively,which were higher than 60.00%in Western medicine group(P<0.05).and the levels of progesterone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in Chinese and Western medicine groups were higher than those in Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuogui pills combined with Erzhi pills combined with Clomiphene citrate can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the ovulation quality rate of patients with renal Yin deficiency type of follicular dysplasia,which has clinical application value.
