缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇应用于产后出血患者的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇应用于产后出血患者的效果及安全性。方法选取182例产后出血患者,根据随机抽签法分为A组(采用缩宫素治疗)和B组(采用缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗),每组91例。对比两组的治疗效果及安全性。结果B组的平均出血量(178.36±28.13)ml少于A组的(245.47±45.21)ml,止血成功率96.70%高于A组的80.22%,止血时间(5.25±1.66)min短于A组的(29.68±3.11)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率2.78%低于A组的13.89%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇应用于产后出血患者疗效显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of oxytocin combined with carprost trobutrin in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 182 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into group A(treated with oxytocin)and group B(treated with oxytocin combined with caprost tramine)according to random drawing method,with 91 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The average blood loss of group B was(178.36±28.13)ml less than that of group A(245.47±45.21)ml,the success rate of hemostasis was 96.70%higher than that of group A(80.22%),and the time of hemostasis was(5.25±1.66)min shorter than that of group A(29.68±3.11)min.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of group B(2.78%)was lower than that of group A(13.89%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with carprost trochantol is effective in patients with postpartum hemorrhage,and has a high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
