坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通(雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片)治疗围绝经期综合征患者的临床效果。方法选取150例围绝经期综合征患者,按照抽签法分为对照组(给予芬吗通治疗)与研究组(给予坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗),每组75例。对比两组的治疗效果、性激素水平、系统症状情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)与促黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组系统症状发生情况、不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对围绝经期综合征女性采用坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗方案效果良好,有利于改善患者的性激素水平,具有较高的临床安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with Femoston(estradiol tablet/estradiprogesterone tablet)on patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 150 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into control group(treated with Femoston)and study group(treated with Kuntai capsule combined with Femoston)according to lottery method,with 75 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,sex hormone levels,systemic symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The level of estradiol(E_(2))in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of systemic symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For perimenopausal syndrome women,Kuntai capsule combined with Femoston has good effect,which is conducive to improving the level of sex hormones in patients,and has high clinical safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
