术前术后联合用药对无痛超导人工流产患者感染及阴道出血量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析无痛超导人工流产于术前术后联合用药的应用效果。方法选取424例行人工流产患者,采用计算机表法随机分组,每组212例。对照组采用常规药物干预,研究组在对照组基础上联合金妇宁治疗。比较两组感染发生率、不良反应发生情况、出血情况及临床指标。结果研究组感染发生率(0.94%)明显低于对照组(5.66%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(1.89%)低于对照组(6.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总出血量少于对照组,出血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,月经复潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛超导人工流产以术前术后联合用药模式,可减少感染发生率,提高患者恢复效果,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of painless superconducting induced abortion with combined medication before and after operation.Methods 424 patients with induced abortion were randomly divided into 212 cases in each group by computer table method.The control group was treated with conventional drug intervention,and the study group was treated with alloy funing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of infection,adverse reactions,bleeding and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in study group(0.94%)was significantly lower than that in control group(5.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group(1.89%)was lower than that in control group(6.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the bleeding time was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the study group was significantly thicker than that of the control group,and the period of menstruation was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The painless superconducting induced abortion can reduce the incidence of infection and improve the recovery effect of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
