摘  要:目的分析促甲状腺激素(TSH)检测在孕前优生检查中的应用价值。方法选取232例接受孕前健康体检的女性为研究对象,均接受TSH检测,统计分析不同年龄段、不同体质量指数(BMI)的TSH检测结果。结果20~29岁年龄段女性TSH异常率为4.73%,30~39岁年龄段女性TSH异常率为9.72%,40~45岁年龄段女性TSH异常率为25.00%,不同年龄段女性TSH异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI<18.5kg/m^(2)女性TSH异常率为42.86%,18.5~23.9kg/m^(2)女性TSH异常率为3.00%,24.0~27.9kg/m^(2)女性TSH异常率为10.00%,≥28.0kg/m^(2)女性TSH异常率为50.00%,不同BMI女性TSH异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论育龄期女性可能出现TSH异常,特别是年龄过大或BMI异常女性,通过检测TSH可为妊娠风险评估提供重要依据。Objective To analyze the application value of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)detection in pre-pregnancy eugenic examination.Methods 232 women who underwent pre-pregnancy health examination were selected as the study subjects,and all of them received TSH detection.The TSH detection results of different age groups and different body mass index(BMI)were statistically analyzed.Results The abnormal TSH rate was 4.73%in women aged 20 to 29,9.72%in women aged 30 to 39,and 25.00%in women aged 40 to 45.There were statistically significant differences in the abnormal TSH rate among different age groups(P<0.05).The TSH abnormality rate in women with BMI<18.5 kg/m^(2)was 42.86%,the TSH abnormality rate in women with BMI<18.5~23.9 kg/m^(2)was 3.00%,the TSH abnormality rate in women with BMI<24.0~27.9 kg/m^(2)was 10.00%,and the TSH abnormality rate in women with BMI≥28.0 kg/m^(2)was 50.00%.There was significant difference in TSH abnormality rate among women with different BMI(P<0.05).Conclusion_Abnormal TSH may occur in women of childbearing age,especially in women who are too old or have abnormal BMI.Detection of TSH can provide an important basis for pregnancy risk assessment.
