摘　　要：目的探究“互联网+”微信随访模式对院外妇科肿瘤患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取82例妇科肿瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行“互联网+”微信随访干预。比较两组疼痛评分、治疗依从性以及生活质量评分。结果观察组干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率97.56%高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”微信随访模式能够有效降低院外妇科肿瘤患者疼痛,提升其生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of"Internet+"WeChat follow-up mode on pain and quality of life of out-of-hospital gynecological tumor patients.Methods 82 patients with gynecological tumors were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 4l cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received"Internet+"WeChat follow-up intervention on the basis of the control group.Pain scores,treatment compliance and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of observation group was 97.56%higher than that of control group(82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"WeChat follow-up mode can effectively reduce the pain of out-of-hospital gynecological tumor patients and improve their quality of life,which has high application value.
