多学科协作结合精细护理在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤围术期中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价多学科协作结合精细护理在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤围术期中的效果。方法选取114例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分组,每组57例。参照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取多学科协作结合精细护理。比较两组患者围术期的护理效果。结果观察组患者的肛门排气时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间以及恶露排净时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率10.53%低于参照组的35.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作结合精细护理在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤围术期中的效果极佳,能够促进患者术后快速康复,降低术后并发症风险,具有临床推广价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with fine nursing in perioperative period of pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids.Methods 114 pregnant women with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into 57 cases in each group according to random number table method.Patients in the reference group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received multidisciplinary collaboration combined with fine nursing.The perioperative nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,temperature recovery time,hospital stay time and lochia clearance time in observation group were shorter than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.53%lower than that in the reference group(35.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with fine nursing in perioperative period of pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids is excellent,which can promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and has clinical promotion value.
