协同护理对产后抑郁产妇情绪及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究协同护理对产后抑郁产妇情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取44名产后抑郁产妇,根据随机数字表法将产妇分为观察组与对照组,每组22名。对照组实施基础指导,观察组实施协同护理。比较两组产妇护理前后的心理情绪、血清神经递质指标及生活质量。结果护理后,两组抑郁评分、焦虑评分相比护理前均降低,且观察组抑郁评分(7.91±0.88)分、焦虑评分(46.35±5.75)分均分别低于对照组的(13.38±1.83)分、(53.77±6.37)分(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组5-羟色胺、多巴胺及去甲肾上腺素指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后抑郁产妇采用协同护理模式,可缓解抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高血清神经递质指标,同时促进生活质量提高。Objective To study the effects of collaborative nursing on mood and quality of life of puerperal depression.Methods 44 parturients with postpartum depression were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 22 parturients in each group.The control group was given basic guidance,and the observation group was given collaborative nursing.The psychological emotions,serum neurotransmitters and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,depression scores and anxiety scores of both groups were decreased compared with those before nursing,and depression scores(7.91±0.88)points and anxiety scores(46.35±5.75)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(13.38±1.83)points and(53.77±6.37)points respectively(P<0.05).After nursing,the indexes of 5-hydroxytryptamine,dopamine and norepinephrine in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of collaborative nursing model can alleviate depression and anxiety,improve the level of neurotransmitter indicators,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
