妊娠期孕妇甲状腺激素水平变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同妊娠期孕妇甲状腺激素水平的变化情况。方法分别选取妊娠早期、中期、后期孕妇各100例,共计300例,同时选取同期60例未怀孕女性为对照组,对所有研究对象进行甲状腺激素检测,并分析甲状腺激素变化情况。结果妊娠早期、中期、晚期孕妇的各项甲状腺激素指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着孕周增加,促甲状腺激素水平逐步上升,游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺激素水平逐渐下降;妊娠早期、中期、晚期孕妇的甲状腺疾病发病率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着胎儿的生长发育,妊娠期孕妇甲状腺激素会出现明显变化,有一定的甲状腺疾病发生率,应注重定期检查,适当调整碘摄入量。Objective To explore the changes in thyroid hormone levels in pregnant women during different gestational periods.Methods 100 pregnant women in the early,middle,and late stages of pregnancy were selected,totaling 300 cases.At the same time,60 non pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group,and thyroid hormone testing was performed on all study subjects,and changes in thyroid hormone levels were analyzed.Results There was a statistically significant difference in various thyroid hormone indicators between the early,middle,and late pregnancy pregnant women and the control group(P<0.05);As the gestational age increases,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone gradually increase,while the levels of free triodothyronine and free thyroid hormone gradually decrease;The incidence rate of thyroid diseases of pregnant women in the first,second and third trimesters of pregnancy was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).Conclusion With the growth and development of the fetus,there will be significant changes in thyroid hormones during pregnancy,and there is a certain incidence of thyroid diseases.Regular examinations should be paid attention to,and iodine intake should be appropriately adjusted.
