补肾调经汤辅助枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调经汤辅助枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法选取120例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。常规组采用枸橼酸氯米芬片进行治疗,加强组在常规组的基础上,加用补肾调经汤进行辅助治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果加强组排卵成功率为95.00%,高于常规组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月、6个月,加强组的人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组不良反应发生率为15.00%,高于加强组的3.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经汤辅助枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,能够有效促进患者排卵,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To exploring the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome in combination with clomiphene citrate tablets.Methods 120 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group received treatment with clomiphene citrate tablets,while the strengthening group received adjuvant treatment with Bushen Tiaojing decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of ovulation in the enhanced group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin in the strengthened group were higher than those in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0o.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 15.00%,higher than the 3.33%in the strengthened group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing decoction combined with clomiphene citrate tablets can effectively promote ovulation and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and is worthy of clinical application.
